I recently stayed at 51 Lytchett Bay View, a 3-bedroom caravan at Rockley Park. Our purpose was a relaxing family getaway, and we were pleasantly surprised with our experience. The management sent us an email allowing early check-in, which was a great start. Upon arrival, we found the caravan to be incredibly clean and well-maintained. The quality of the linen and quilts on the beds was impressive, and we appreciated the powerful shower and the convenience of having two toilets. The modern feel of the caravan was a nice touch, and the well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed. Additionally, the owner accommodated our request for a late check-out and promptly returned our deposit. we were thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend this hotel.

Impressive property with early check-in option, clean and tidy upon arrival. Good quality linen and quilts on beds. Powerful shower and two toilets. Caravan looked exactly like the photos.
Just loved the extremely small main bedroom with zero storage space and the lack of tin and bottle openers. Fabulous!

We were impressed with the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the caravan upon arrival. The linen and quilts on the beds were of good quality and clean. The shower had a nice powerful flow, and having two toilets was a convenient feature. We also appreciated the modern feel of the caravan and the fact that we were able to have a late check-out, allowing us to enjoy our Christmas vacation a little longer.
The main bedroom was incredibly small with no storage space in the wardrobes, making it impossible to unpack. There was also no dressing table or shelf to store makeup and other essentials.

We recently stayed at 51 Lytchett Bay View, 3 Bed, Rockley Park and were impressed overall. The email allowing us to check in early was a great start, and upon arrival, the caravan was clean and tidy. The quality and cleanliness of the linen and quilts on the beds were excellent. We also appreciated the powerful shower and the convenience of having two toilets. The modern feel of the caravan was a nice touch, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner even granted us a late check-out and returned our deposit promptly.
Although there was some noise from the caravan behind us on occasion, which is to be expected on busy holiday parks, it did not significantly impact our stay. We were aware that there was no WiFi, so it was not a surprise.

The location of the property is perfect, just a stone's throw away from Sandbanks, Brownsea Castle, and Brownsea Island Nature Reserve. I felt like I was in the heart of all the amazing attractions.
The Wi-Fi was not available during my stay.

The modern feel of the caravan, with 2 toilets and a well-equipped kitchen, was perfect for our needs. The owner even allowed us a late check-out and promptly returned our deposit. The email we received informing us of an early check-in was a pleasant surprise. The caravan was spotlessly clean and the beds had good quality, clean linen and quilts. The shower was nice and powerful, and having two toilets was a bonus. We were also pleased to find that the caravan looked exactly like the photos.
We felt right at home here and had no complaints whatsoever.
